Notice of domestic shipments

The following terms apply to all shipments within the Mexican Republic.


The prices published on the site DO include shipping cost within the Mexican Republic except when expressly indicated by any equipment or any particular promotion, the prices of the products may change at any time without notice, promotions can not be combined in other media other than those presented on this site.


The customer agrees to provide a valid address within the Mexican Republic where he/she can receive the order. In the event that the customer provides an address that is not located by the parcel, any additional cost will be covered by the customer himself.


All shipments made by RHINO PERFORMANCE are perfectly packaged, in case your order is delivered with physical damage by the courier, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the employee of the courier service indicating that the package shows signs of abuse (open box, beaten, punctured, wet, emplayada, etc.) Without this annotation you receive the package in accordance. If the parcel service employee does not allow you to make a notation on the delivery manifest, you should NOT receive the package.

If you suspect that the box being delivered to you by the parcel service employee does not contain what you purchased either by weight or size of packaging should NOT receive it indicating the employee of the parcel service the reasons and must report it to us immediately to make the clarification of your order.


Once the package is received by you or someone else at the delivery address, you have 48 hours to report any physical damage or missing items in your order, after this time no change or claim can be made.

Distribution area

The delivery area of our products is limited to the states of the Mexican Republic. We deliver in all the localities where there is coverage through the parcel companies with which we have service. In the deliveries by parcels we depend totally on the conditions of each one of them, as well as the weather conditions and risk zones of each entity.

We cannot process orders with incomplete delivery address, nor with special agreements with other parcel companies.

Type of shipment:

  • Express Shipping: ($350 MXN VAT included)

Express shipping is generally done by DHL, UPS, 99 Minutos, Red Pack and FedEx, shipping prices start at $100 MXN, VAT included.

Once your order is processed if it is in stock, your products will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday through Friday), they will arrive at their destination within 5 business days.

  • Free Shipping:

RHINO PERFORMANCE’s policy on free shipping nationwide, is from a purchase ticket equal to or greater than $ 1,000 MXN, regardless of which state of the Mexican Republic is the customer.

IMPORTANT:

  • Not all zip codes are eligible for express shipping.

Payments by deposit or transfer

In this mode the products that are in stock are generally shipped within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday) once your deposit has been verified and your order has been released.

It is necessary to send proof of your deposit or transfer, in case of a clarification a sales executive will contact you to request more information about your payment.

Please note that if your deposit is by check from another bank Salvo Buen Cobro, the payment is credited the next business day at noon, once credited we will proceed to release your order.

Credit or debit card payments

In this mode the products are shipped once your payment is released by your issuing bank and the security department of the collecting bank. This is usually the next business day after your payment. RHINO PERFORMANCE reserves the right to cancel any payment that does not meet the requirements requested by the bank, this means that in certain cases you may be asked to send us a copy of your ID and/or proof of address and other documents proving your identity for verification purposes only.

For payments by credit or debit card, RHINO PERFORMANCE uses the services of PayPal for the collection and validation of customer information. Intercompras only forwards the customer information with the third party (in this case PayPal Plus, Mercadopago, Conekta and its affiliates) to process the payment made and if necessary notify Intercompras the authorization of the transaction. RHINO PERFORMANCE stipulates in its Terms and Conditions that the customer agrees that the information will be forwarded to a third party for validation and authorization.

Payments with PayPal Plus system

In this mode the products are shipped when the payment system notifies and releases the payment of the same. If your account is PayPal Verified user is generally released the same day of payment and if it is not verified by PayPal user your payment will be processed no later than the next business day, in certain cases you may be asked to send us a copy of your ID and / or proof of address and other documents proving your identity for verification purposes only.

RHINO PERFORMANCE only forwards the customer information with the third party (in this case PayPal) to process the payment made and if necessary notify RHINO PERFORMANCE the authorization of the transaction. Delivery Time

The delivery time of the product begins at the time of order release.
