What to do in case I need a product exchange or a refund?

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, contact phone number, order number and reason for exchange/refund.

RHINO PERFORMANCE staff will analyze the situation and define if the exchange/refund is appropriate.

In case of proceeding with the physical change of the product, RHINO PERFORMANCE staff will send an email to the customer with the name of the parcel and the tracking number to make the change and the customer will have a period of up to 30 calendar days to return the product in the aforementioned parcel.

The product I purchased does not work How do I validate my warranty?

In the event that the product(s) acquired by the User does not have a proper functioning or has defects whose origin are attributable to the manufacturer, and is (are) within the period of 3 months, you can make valid the warranty of the same, counted from the delivery of the product (s). The User must send an email to the address [email protected], in order to request that the warranty is made effective, where it must be indicated

  1. Purchase order number and/or proof of payment.
  2. Date of purchase.
  3. What is the reason for which the warranty is being requested (specific failure).
  4. Verify by videos, photos or other similar means the failure of the product.
  5. E-mail with which you accessed the Site.

Once the email is received by RHINO PERFORMANCE staff, it will follow up on the request made, and if the request is accepted, it will give the user the instructions to follow in order to make the warranty effective.

In case of not complying with the steps and requirements previously indicated, within the stipulated deadlines, RHINO PERFORMANCE will not make effective the warranty.
